Monitoring - Outbound emails are delayed as well. Our redundancies are designed to 'queue' these in both directions until the Microsoft system comes online, so nothing should be lost, but your outgoing emails won't reach the recipients until the issue is resolved.
Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and we're continuing to monitor the situation.

Identified - We have observed a delay in inbound emails over the past hour, with 218 messages currently pending delivery. These emails are queued in our spam system and will be delivered once email services resume; no bounces to senders are expected. We're actively investigating whether internal emails are affected or if other Microsoft services are experiencing disruptions, as the vendor has not publicly announced an outage.
